These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the SwiftSwitch website, trial download, and lifetime license purchase.
License scope
A SwiftSwitch lifetime license grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app according to the product features available at the time of purchase and subsequent updates.
Trial usage
SwiftSwitch may be offered with a limited free trial. Trial access may expire automatically and may include feature restrictions compared with the paid version.
Purchase and activation
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your license is linked to the purchase email you provide during checkout. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address for activation and restore flows.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use SwiftSwitch in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Availability and updates
SwiftSwitch is provided on an as-is basis. We may improve, update, or discontinue parts of the product or website over time.
